Thintanks warrants its tanks by a pro rata warranty for 10 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Thintanks will repair or replace at it’s discretion the tank affected by a defect or fault caused by the manufacturing process or materials.
Fading or colour change, damage caused by accidents or misuse, do-it- yourself repairs or incorrect installation, and any subsequent costs (including freight of replacement tank) are not covered by this warranty.

I would like to install a 1000L slimline rainwater tank. There is 380mm between brick fence and the side wall. Is this enough room to put the tank in?

The dimensions of the ThinTank are 2400 x 260 x 1850mm(H).

2. Have you ever installed one of these slimline tanks on a roof, aka at an angle on its side? Is there anything in the technical specs that would preclude this – theoretically, assuming there is structural support for it?

The ThinTank is designed to remain totally vertical and it is not designed to be installed at any other angle.
